really wasn’t as sick as the media had claimed I was. I don't even know
why I went into the hospital to begin with. I don't even like
hospital’s. I guess I just needed to get away. I guess what I needed
was a break. I didn’t know which hospital to go to, their was one near the television station where I did my feeling. It was one of the only places down the street. It was huge enough that I figure no one would really notice if I checked myself in. I went inside and found a huge crowd waiting. I had on a large jacket and sunglasses. Kinda felt foolish with the sunglasses because it was only around 8 in the morning and the jacket was really too big for me. I was known for my thinness and figure it would help hide it. When I walked in, a large group of people turned to look at me. It was really bright inside and smelled sterile. I went to the front desk and asked for the necessary paperwork. The ward clerk gave me a second look and handed me a clip board of forms. I went and sat by the door, fear that if anyone did notice me, I could easily run out. The televison was on and there was a blur of news highlights, and then some girl came up to me. “Your him, aren’t you? I just know it.” I looked at her and tired to appear calm and cool and totally unaware of just what she was talking about. She was older, her hair was greasy and she had this pair of thick glasses on. “My sister’s got this thing for Johnny’s. Your him! HIM!” She started to point at me and people started to look up. I didn’t feel so good. I really try not to get the whole getting notice thing get to me. But other people started to stand up, and get close. I stopped filling out the forums and silently wished Nakai was here, so he can make a joke and give the crowd what they wanted, a laugh or a smile and they would be on their way. “It is him!” An older guy came up, “My wife’s in love with your partner!” I stop and think who isn’t. People are getting close and I feel warm and weak. My hands were shaking by now and I felt like I was hyperventilating. I get up from the seat and pass through the crowd, and throw the clipboard at the lady at the desk and she scans it, sees my name and let’s me in behind those closed doors. After weighting me and taking my vitals, I sit in this empty room with a bed and a chair and wait for the doctor. Every once and while the door would open and a nurse would peek in and look at me. I already had one Nurse try and give me those flimsy gowns and insisted I should wear one, but the hell with that. I know better. One time Shingo gave in and worn the flimsy gown; only to find out the Nurses had taken his clothes, shoes and all! The doctor finally came and gave me a hard glare. “There is a huge crowd outside, wanting to see you. How about a song and dance to get these people off my back?” I glared back. And said nothing. “So tell me, why are you here.” The doctor sat down and took out a pen. I mumbled, pulling away from his gaze. “I’m tired.” The doctor looked hard at me, and I continued to tell me about the work load, the crowds, the anxiety and the lack of fatigue. The doctor made a comment about my blood pressure, said it was usually high for someone so thin. And my weight, the doctor asked if I ever did eat. Gods, just what kind of professional was he? I was shocked, he had no shame. He started to say how his daughter liked the fat one in the group. I figure he was talking about Shingo. He said Shingo was at least twice my size, said it was better than being thin. Later after the doctor left, a Nurse came and gave me the option of staying in the hospital for a few days. I agreed. They gave me a private room in the west part of the hospital. I called to tell management and they didn’t want to hear it and started to make excuses on how I shouldn’t miss work but all I did was hang up on them. One of my assistants went to my home and picked up some scripts I was looking over the other night and clothes to change out of. My room was huge, with a giant window to the side which looked over a shopping plaza so huge there was a bridge so I was able to see crowds going in and out. A nurse came in she wore cute pink scrubs. She told me dinner was on the way. I didn’t really say anything to her. I was bored. She looked hurt, but I was concerned, I was here for hours now and no one has called me. The Nurse had to bring it up and ask if Kimura was going to come and visit. I looked at her, normally I’m polite, but so far it’s always been about Kimura, everyone wants to know when he’s going to come. So I told her flatly “Kimura’s busy with Shizuka.” And the Nurse quickly left. None of these girls like the mention of Shizuka-san, but it’s the truth. She’s here to stay, whether we like it or not. A bit later dinner came, the door was slammed open, “Dinner for ONE! NICE AND HOT!” I looked up from my book, it was Nakai who carried my tray. I smiled wide and he almost dropped the tray on the side table, he gave me a weak smile. “You know your in trouble..” Nakai said he started to drink my glass of water, “The higher ups are pissed off and want to know if your really sick.” I looked down at my food, “Oh yeah? So they sent you?” Nakai looked offended and slapped his chest, “No! I came here on my own free will! Besides I’m on my lunch break.” I stopped to point at the dinner tray, “Dinner time.” Is what I said with a mouth full of food. Nakai waved me away, “You know with the hours I work, I’m lucky I’m still finding time to eat.” I smiled and started to eat my dessert. Nakai sat at the edge of the bed, “So how long you going to stay here?” I watched as he tugged his the hem of his shirt. He looked almost jealous that I had the nerve and was the first to take the time off. Lord knows he needs it. “Just one day? Or more?” I looked away at the window, “Don’t know. However long it takes.” Nakai stood and was at the door, “Well, use the time well, I mean I can fight off the higher ups for only so long.” And he was out the door. I slept great that night and was shocked at how soon morning came. The Nurse came in and did the typical vital stats and I asked her that I would ring for her if I did need anything. I ate breakfast and watched some tv; and saw on the news there was a bit about me staying in the hospital. They sure did use an old photo for me. I got cleaned up and dressed and sat on the bed and waited. I was surprised that Nakai was the only one who visited. I was really hoping Goro would visit. But we haven’t been on good terms lately. I brushed my hair and thought about him, a lot of people may not known this but Goro and I are really close, closer than bandmates should me. I haven’t really found a woman I fancy and while Goro has been seeing Miho Kanno for the longest time, that relationship is pure madness and I think he knows it. Otherwise why would he share a bed with me? But for the pass few months we haven’t been close at all and at times he would just get up and leave while I’m talking. I suddenly hear some screaming outside my door. My door slams open and it walks in Kimura with his eldest daughter in tow. He slams the door shut and let’s go of his daughter’s hand. She’s five year’s old now and walks right up to the bed, “TOASTER! TOASTER!” I look down at her and give a weak smile, “Kokomi-chan? What is toaster?” Kimura sighs and looks outside the window, “That’s all Kudo’s doing. She sends my girl off to some fancy English school and she comes home saying things like toaster or toilets.” I get a hold of Kokomi and sit her with me on the bed and look at Kimura, waiting for my lecture. If Nakai is leader, Kimura is the one who deals out the punishment. I wince, would he yell if Kokomi is with me? “Toaster!” Kokomi smiles and looks at her father. “Enough!” Kimura looks at me and comes close pointing at me, “Look. How long you going to be here? Valentine’s day is tomorrow and I couldn’t get the time off. I wanted to take Kudo out dancing, but instead I’m working and here you are wasting away in a bed.” I look hurt, but I’ve gotten use to Kimura’s idea of time off, never askes for it and I remember the time he almost misses Kokomi’s birth and he barely made it in time and he missed Mitsuki’s birth all together but we never bring it up. Why? Never have to, Shizuka brings it up all the time and gets all hurt of Kimura can’t take time off or make the time for her. “Listen, I’ll be out of here soon-“ Kimura stops me and looks at me hard. “Tsuyo, take all the time you need. I don’t mean to push, it’s just so much pressure, Kudo wants me here, Work needs me there and I want to be….”Kimura stops and looks at Kokomi, “I just wanna be here with her.” “TOASTER!” Kimura slaps her lighting on the top of the head, and she laughs, “Gotta get the right English in her, Kudo thinks any English is good english.” I shrug, “Yeah well, Shizuka thinks a lot of things.” Kimura gives me a look that says to not say anymore and he takes Kokomi by the hand, “I gotta go, the people downstairs aren’t to happy I’m here, and I gotta get her to school. Kudo’s out buying a dress for tomorrow. Haven’t really told her I won’t have the time.” Kimura walks out with Kokomi and I wave goodbye. I sit and wait for the time to pass. I do some light exercise and even sing a bit, but that brings the Nurses to my room and I don’t want to crowd. I think about the relationship that Kimura has with Shizuka and wonders if he’s happy. I know he loves his girls but I won’t ever forget the day he came to all of us and got on the floor and said, “I’m getting married. Forgive me.” And Nakai screamed and Goro laughed and Shingo walked out. I didn’t say much, figure it was for the best since management told us straight up that it was “for the best” if kids were on the way, marriage was the way to go. Thank god, I didn’t have any woman in my life. Nakai always goes on about Shizuka didn’t take her pills and Goro started to really abuse Miho by spending the night with every other woman who would come knocking but I couldn’t really say much because even I was doing Goro when he was seeing Miho. And Shingo, well.. Shingo grew up a little faster since Kimura got married, figured either women were out to get him, or something like that. Valentine’s day was tomorrow. I wonder if I should check out and go home. But to who? There was no one waiting. Shingo called me that night. He said he was sorry he couldn’t visit but he just wasn’t in town at the moment. He also talked about his plans for Valentine’s day and how he had the day off and picked up this girl off the set of his latest drama. Didn’t really know her name, but liked her because she didn’t ask how much money he had in his pocket. He was excited, I was glad for him but felt slightly empty. Nakai, Kimura and Shingo have all made contact with me. Where was Goro? I bet he was with Miho.. When Goro had free time he loved to shop and Miho would sit and sit and sit and be totally content with watching him shop. I tossed and turned and around two in the morning I went to the front desk to check myself out. The people weren’t pleased with making arrangements this early in the morning. I told them I wanted to go to a hotel and told them to contact my management to tell them where I was located. Before I left I went around to thank that Nurse in the pink scrubs, I felt bad for being mean to a few of them, so I signed some stuff and blew some kisses and felt like Nakai being silly. I felt a little bit better, it was good to have two days of rest, but now I didn’t want to leave, that hotel would just be empty and I would be alone, tomorrow out of all days. I gave hugs and even made a quick trip down to the child’s section of the hospital where some of the more unruly kids were up at this hour. They were shocked to see him and I said hello and this one guy came up to me and said to tell Kimura that he stole his dream girl. I laughed and said, “Take her! Please!” Around 5AM I finally left the hospital and with my things, took a cab to the hotel. It was a few blocks away, I got my hotel key and crashed. I was exhausted and tried to not get the feeling of being alone get to me. I woke up to a awake up call, management always sends for a wakeup call for any of us if were in hotels, just so we won’t over sleep. Always hated the idea. Always tired to bried the people at the desk with cash, but they never take it. I wake up and take a cold shower, I feel empty and alone. Maybe I’ll go downstairs and buy my own chocolate. There was a knock at me door, “ROOM SERVICE!” I didn’t order any room service, but I went to the door and opened it. There stood Goro with a box of chocolate. I stop and look at him, not wanting to invite him in. He stands and gives me a blank look and hands me the chocolate. “Hi.” Goro says. I take the chocolate and notice a few pieces are already missing. “That’s from Nakai,” Goro says, “Says he wanted to make sure it was good before he gave it to you.” I want to throw it at him and ask him why he’s here and why the hell didn’t he visit me while I was in the hospital. Goro walks into the hotel room, and I only shut the door and and watch him sit on the small sofa, his legs are crossed and he looks at the floor. “So… That’s it. Chocolate from Nakai.” I say as I stand across from him, “No visit in the hospital, no phone call?” I’m so upset, and I feel ashamed that I let Goro get to me like this, it’s not like he’s told me I’m his number one, his only one. Goro looks up at me, “I wasn’t sure if you wanted me there, they told me you were sick. Nakai said you were vomiting all over and getting the nurses to dress you and undress you, Nakai said you were living it up. Said the Nurses wear these short white dresses. I asked Kimura about it but he just brushed me off, and Shingo said he only called and said you sounded exhausted-“ “But you come now.” I cut him off and stare hard at him, he should know that Nakai makes everything bigger than what it really is. Goro shrugs, “I just didn’t want to make you worst.” I almost fall down, damn him! This guy thinks all I think about is him! So not true! SO NOT TRUE! I shake my fist at him, “Dammit Goro! Well your doing one hell of a job!” Goro stands up and takes a hold of my hand. “Listen I left Miho. She’s gone for good.” Goro looks at me soft, “When I heard you were in the hospital, I didn’t know what to think, I was concern, why was I caring so much.” I looked hard at Goro and didn’t want to fall for this act, “Goro, leave. I’ve seen you play the game with Miho; please don’t play it with me.” Goro held my hand tighter and pulled me close, “This isn’t a game, I mean it, what I felt when you were in the hospital, made me think about a lot of things and I did a lot of thinking, believe me.” Goro gave a weak laugh and I pushed him away and went to the door, “If your not leaving, than I’m.” Goro looked at me with these huge eyes, “Can’t you realize what I’m telling you?” I glared hard at him, “No. What.” I grew bored, I knew Goro all my life. I knew how he manipulated people. “You’re the one, you’re the one that I want.” Goro looked like he was going to cry and I felt sick. He started to empty his pockets, “Look, the photo’s of Miho, the phone numbers of all those girls, even that spare key to Ako’s house, all gone. I don’t want it! I don’t need it!” I gave a weak laugh, “Your back pocket, Goro.” Goro looked at me, “What? This?” He pulled out his cellphone. “Turn it off.” Goro turned it off and I shut the door, and I jumped on him and gave him a million kisses all at once, while I don’t believe for a moment Goro would give up the girls for me, but at that moment I knew he was mine for the day and he whispered in my ear, “Happy Valentine’s day, my love.” And I bit my lip and tried hard not to cry. |

Pairing: Kimura/Shizuka
“Sometimes you can be so clueless!” Shizuka Kudo screams at her husband
of five years. She quickly grabs her purse and the car keys and leaves
the house the pair of them has shared for over seven.
“I just want it to be over!” Kimura Takuya recalls her yelling at him, after he makes a comment at how lucky and happy he is to be working with Matsu Takako again.
Kimura sits. He does wish for that. Just end it all. Get it done with for good. Shizuka Kudo has always been hysterical whenever Kimura talks about other women. It was a part of his job, in the drama’s to be close with his female counterparts. When Shizuka found out he would be working with Matsu again she threw a fit. Can’t really blame her, they did have a long time working relationship and for a while there it was something more, but Matsu was always looking out for number one, her career.
That’s why Kimura liked Shizuka best, he was her number one. Call it a bit unfair but Shizuka put her career and life on hold for him and at the same time, Kimura wanted no one but her. But the little things that they usually fought over seemed to be getting bigger and although neither seemed to voice it, He was getting a little scared.
Kokomi came from down the hallway and took a hold of her father’s hand. She smiled and asked where her Mother went. Kimura took a hold of her and held her close and said she went out for the mail. And Kokomi gave her father a kiss.
Later that night Shizuka came home and undressed and got on the bed beside Kimura.
“I love you. I’m sorry”
Kimura shut his eyes and held his breath. Her words. They meant nothing.
“Are you awake?”
“No.” Kimura answered and turned to look at her, she gave a dazzling smile and stroked his face. “Don’t you love me?”Shizuka asked.
“Yes.” He lied. Even the way he said it, it sounded like a lie.

You okay?” “Fine,” came the tired voice, “I’m fine, just thinking about how the announcement will go over.” Tsuyoshi looked at the floor and was thinking hard about what was going on. There was a gathering of the press and Shingo was at the head of the group, he wanted to make an announcement and wanted all the big names to be there to get the news right. Shingo was standing and the reporters were taking photo’s and they had their tape recorders running and someone made a call to Mary Kitagawa and there was buzz that she was going to walk through that door any minute. “Did you make the call?” Goro asked as he drank his cup of coffee. He seemed calm through out the event and even he was clueless as to what the news Shingo had to share was. Goro looked over at Kimura who was on the phone with his wife, he was frowning and speaking firmly with her and then he hung up. He walked over to the group and looked at Tsuyoshi and asked, “Doing ok?” Tsuyoshi glared at Kimura, “I’m fine. Why’s everyone asking?” He stopped to calm himself, didn’t want the other’s to know he knew what Shingo was going to say. Nakai looked bored and started to fuss with the hat he had on. ‘Think she’ll be here? Everyone’s saying she’s going to come and stop it. But look at Shingo, he’s ready to go.” Shingo was bouncing around and just waiting for the start of the new hour, so it could be on live TV. He was smiling wide and just waving and talking to anyone who would listen. Someone from the reporters pit shouted it was 2 minutes till the new hour and that Shingo should get ready. Shingo marched to his spot and smiled at his band mates. “I wanted to gather the press here, because I’ve got some news here and I wanted you all to get the facts right! From the source! ME!” Shingo laughed and the press didn’t laugh. They wanted the news and were pressed for time. Camera’s were on the other’s. Kimura was back on the phone talking to Shizuka and Goro continued to drink his drink and Nakai rolled his eyes and tried hard not to get jealous that he wasn’t for once the certain of attention and Tsuyoshi just looked sick. Suddenly the door slammed open and in walked in Mary Kitagawa, cane and all. While she was younger than her brother Johnny, she had not aged well and walked with a limp. She marched across the room and took a hold of Shingo’s hand and yelled at him to stop, but he pushed her lightly away and said he had to say this and Mary just fumed. “Just because you were my favorite doesn’t mean you can continue this madness!” She slapped Shingo lightly on the top of his head and shook her cane at him. Shingo frowned? “See. WERE. I was your favorite but you moved on to younger ones.” Mary just laughed and took note of all the photo’s being taken, the reporters took a million photo’s just waiting for the right one to print out of context. Nakai winced, “I can see the headlines! Shingo punished by management with a cane!” Goro didn’t say a word and Tsuyoshi gave a weak laugh. Shingo just looked hard at Mary for a moment and continued with what he’s saying, “As of the start of 2006, I will be taking time off from SMAP and going to America.” There was a huge outburst and Mary Kitagawa and screaming at the lost of cash she could be getting from SMAP. Nakai banged his fist and screamed. Kimura glared at Shingo and Goro looked at Tsuyoshi and asked, “Well what do you think of that?” Shingo than pointed at Tsuyoshi and said, “And he’s coming with me!” and everyone looked across the room and looked at Tsuyoshi and tried to put two and two together. Mary threw her cane across the room, mumbling something about money and Nakai just rolled over and screaming, “I don’t get it! I DON’T GET IT!” and Kimura started to glare at Tsuyoshi and Goro laughed, “America? You too? What for?” Tsuyoshi looked at the floor and Shingo came and got a hold of Tsuyoshi and held his hand tightly and said, “After 15 years together, we’re in LOVE!” and Shingo tried to kiss Tsuyoshi who only looked at Goro. |
I think it's nice.
Nakai thinks Shizuka Kudo likes him; but Kimura feels she has an agenda.

"I think it's nice that she asked me to go." Nakai said as he stared into the mirror and brushed his hair. He was dressed in a new suit. It was dark colored a bit formal for where he was going off to, but he did want to look his very best.
Kimura Takuya sat on the bed and watched his bandmate, "Well I'm glad she didn't ask me to go. I hate going to places like that." He folded his arms across his chest and gave a hard look at Nakai who stared back at him from the mirror.
"Don't make such a face!" Nakai laughed and turned to look at Kimura, "Your so jealous and you can't even hide it!"
There was a knock at the door and before either of them could answer in, Shingo Katori their bandmate walked in with a newspaper and threw it over at Kimura. "Check out the front page, for some reason it's news."
There was a headline of Shizuka Kudo's apperance with SMAP at a chinese talk show a few days ago and people reported they over heard Shizuka asked when Nakai had free time. Kimura read out loud pieces but stopped and folded the paper, "She only asked you because your the leader of the group."
Nakai laughed and took the newspaper from Kimura, "Oh stop it, now your just being mean." He turned to look at Shingo to give him his thanks for the newspaper who in turn said to Nakai, "It's true. She must have a secret agenda."
Nakai took a hand to his chest, "STUPID! Why are both of you not liking her! Maybe she just wants to have a good time and neither of can handle that this super idol chick wants it with me!"
Shingo and Kimura just looked at Nakai with bored looks.
"I'm leaving!" Nakai turned to grab his car keys, "Don't wait up!" Nakai went laughing as he left the house and walked to his car.
Kimura watched from the window, "Stupid. She just wants attention and she thinks she can get it from us since we're selling alot of records right now."
The next day Nakai came home and had a story to tell.
"Don't want to hear it!" Kimura said as he turned on the radio later. Nakai went to lower the radio and wanted to share all the details. "She was sooooooooo cool. She wore this tight dress and had her hair down to HERE!" Nakai pointed to his rear, "She went ahead and ordered for us and took charge, she talked so much I wanted to take notes!" Kimura rolled his eyes and Nakai contituned, "You know how she has that super cute voice when she sings, it's like that when she talks, all like a little girl!" Nakai turned his hands to fists and shook them in the air with glee.
"Sick" Kimura said, "What? Since when did you like the sound of a ten year old?" Kimura turned up the radio and it just happen to play one of Shizuka's songs, "What? This so early in the morning!" Kimura turned it off and Nakai rushed to the radio, "Don't turn it off! I think this is her new song! Listen! Now how cute is that!" Nakai swayed to the music and Kimura left the kitchen. Nakai followed and wanted to tell Kimura more, "And she talked about you, Kimura-kun! She said when she does smapxsmap next week, she really wants to know what song you want to sing of her's." Kimura froze in his tracks, "I don't think I'll show up that day."
Nakai grabbed Kimura by the shoulder, "You never miss any days, don't joke like that! She really wants to know what you think! She's cool, she thinks of all of us as leaders, she said that's what makes us last so long, I mean I know I'm the leader or whatever, but she likes how all of us take charge and get things done right." Nakai nodded with a goofy smile on his face.
Kimura could only walk away.
Later on in the week, the schedule of Smapxsmap was changed and since Shizuka had free time her taping came sooner than expected and everyone was preparing for her arrival.
"You shaved?" Kimura pointed at Goro, who gave a weak smile, "Yeah! And look, new shoes!" He lifted his left foot and pulled his pants up a bit for Kimura to see.
"Don't tell me it's because of her?" Kimura asked, but he started to get up, he didn't want to wait for the answer. He found Nakai in the kitchen with her. She had already arrived and she wore this summer dress and was smiling at Nakai and looked at him as if he was the only one in the world. Nakai looked at Kimura, "Your here!" he waved Kimura over to the pair and told Kimura, "I gotta go change, tell her what song you think is best."
Nakai bounced out of the room and Kimura was left alone with Shizuka who looked at him from head to toe and said in the sing-song voice, "So.. What song would you like to sing me with?"
"None." Kimura said quickly and tired to avoid her gaze.
Shizuka stepped close and went to fix his tie and Kimura froze and tired to look at anybody but her, but she only got closer and only kept her eyes on him.
"Don't you blink." Kimura said as he looked away from her.
"What's that? Look at me." Shizuka said and with her right hand turned
Kimura's face towards her's. "I like Nakai, but I love you." Before
Shizuka could say anything she went and kissed him softly on the lips
and before Kimura could push her aside, Nakai was already there
watching it all with a sad look on his face.

"I'll let you know," she responded as she took a hold of the car keys and stopping only a few feet from her daughter she paused and looked down at Kokomi their eldest and gave a smirk. ""I do hope you enjoy your summer." was all she said as she walked out.
Kokomi was more startled with the look her mother gave her and watched as she walked out the door. Her father Kimura Takuya was sitting at the kitchen table, now obviously annoyed he looked back at Kokomi and lot out his smoke. He went right up to her and told her his mother wouldn't be around for a while and left it at that.
"So she left!" Shingo grinned wickedly and he pressed Kimura for the news.
"Don't say it like that!" Kimura winced as he looked around for a cup of coffee. He was in the break room located in the studio where they did the taping for SMAP X SMAP and he was alone with Shingo and he was grateful for that because Shingo could't keep a secret was making no attempt to with this news.
"No one knows. So don't be telling everyone." Kimura said rubbing his neck, his eyes looking up at the clock. "So I don't know how the girls are going to get along. We could always hire help." Kimura pulled a face and shuddered.
Shingo nudged Kimura, "Let's go look for women this summer!"
Kimura grew serious immediately and gave Shingo a look, "JESUS. My marriage isn't over! She just needs some time to herself."
"Don't go looking for trouble.." Goro said softly as we walked in.
"YOU HEARD!" Kimura shouted giving Shingo a glare.
Goro took off his jacket and kept looking at the floor, "Your both loud enough." Goro sighed and went to get a cup of tea.
Shingo asked to no one in the room, "What's with him?"
Goro laughed and shook his head, "I just think it's funny. Your making jokes about finding some women, but you all give me the third degree when I get caught with some fan at a bar."
"FANS? Is that what your calling them now? You were caught fair and square but Miho-san no less with a bar girl! Not once, NOT TWICE, but three times! The things you put Miho-san through it terrible." Kimura said firmly to Goro as he went to refill his cup of coffee, "cheating maybe has been your style, but flaunting it is truly beneath you!"
Goro kepting looking at the floor and all he could say in return was, "It wasn't flaunting. I just always got caught." and with that he left the room.
"Why are we fighting?" Shingo asked, "Kimura this is all YOUR fault!"Shingo stepped backwards and grabbed Goro's jacket and left the room.
After the taping of the day's episode Nakai was screaming at his bandmates, "THIS WASN'T 100% EFFORT! TODAY WHAT WE DID WAS TRASH. THIS ISN'T HOW SMAP WORKS!" No one said anything in reply, they just sat and listen to Nakai ranting about the lack of effort, the lack of a team and just the general vibe of it all.
"It's because Shizuka's gone and left him!" Shingo pointed at Kimura.
Nakai almost fell to the ground, he was in mid-rant and grew wide eyed and serious. "Shizuka's gone? She left the house?"
"For the summer." was all Kimura said.
Nakai took a hand to cover his face. His face held many expressions of embarrassment and anxiety, and first he was embarrassed at how he secretly felt about this. He had admired and loved Shizuka for a long time but she made her choice with Kimura and then he felt anxiety and he didn't want Kimura or anyone else to know he still had these feelings deep down inside him. "I should go." was all he said but was stopped as Kimura stood up, "Don't bother. I was just leaving." and with that he left the room.
A few days later Kimura was leaving a hotel alone and there was the media outside. There was a large group and all had pounced on Kimura asking questions about just where was Shizuka and why the kids were missing school. Kimura just smiled weakly but said nothing and got into his car and went home.
"Thanks for watching the girls."
Matsu Takako gave a half-hearted nod and handed Kimura the mail. "It isn't a big deal. I had some time off and you know I love the girls." She watched at Kimura looked at the mail, he picked up a postcard from the bunch and threw it straight to the garbage.
"Your aren't going to read that?" Takako said as he watched him threw it away.
"You and I both know what it says." Kimura said slowly and Takako grew flushed because she did indeed read it and walked hurriedly down the hallway.
Kimura followed, "Where are you going?"
Takako took her purse and slipped on her shoes. "I should go, it's late and.."
Kimura took a hold of her purse, "It's raining. You should stay the night." he offered sympathetically.
Matsu Takako looked cautiously at Kimura and said, "It's not raining."
"I know, but it sounded cool."
There was a piano in his living room and Takako looked at Kimura and asked, "Can you still play?"
"I wasn't very good, besides if I recall right you were the better piano player." The pair spoke of their days both being in the Long Vacation series, it was the first time both were paired up and both played such intense characters in love for all the wrong reasons. The series proved to be a smash and for years both were bound by the hip in the television world.
"Did you ever like working with Tokiwa-san?" Matsu asked cooly as she drank her tea.
Kimura didn't wait to think of an answer, "She was intense. She used that damn wheelchair to her advantage." Kimura laughed at his own joke. He was paired with Tokiwa Takako who played a wheelchair bound woman and while she didn't need a wheelchair in real life, she offen played the part of a cripple when taping stopped and insisted Kimura carry her around the set. It was also the first real smash hit Kimura had without Matsu Takako at his side and the public felt he finally had met a new match in the television world.
"I was going to get that part, but they wanted a new, younger face." Takako said sadly.
Kimura sat closer with Matsu Takako and looked at her with a big smile. He knew what he wanted to do. He wanted to hold her and hug her and let her know she was the best, he knew without he wouldn't have the big career he has now. This was insane.
Almost certainly a mistake. But Kimura went and held her tight and lightly kissed her on the cheek a few times. Takako began to move forward and kissed Kimura on the cheek and soon both made contact with their lips.
"We should work together again." Takako purred into Kimura's ear.
Kimura nodded uncertainly, but said nothing; wondering if he should just get off the couch and run down to his room and lock the door.
"Want to stop?" Takako asked.
"Yeah." Kimura said as he got off the couch and sat on the floor and smiled at the floor. "We should get to bed, it's late and the girls have school tomororw."
Takako said nothing.
The next morning in the school parking lot, Matsu Takako said from the backseat, "You don't want attention but you buy the biggest car in the world."
"Shove it!" Kimura said playfully as he parked and took the keys out of the car and removed his seatbelt and unsnapped Kokomi's. He got out of the car and went to the passenger side and went to open the door, but before he could the door banged open and Kokomi stepped out the car herself, "I can get out on my own." She said and took her father's hand. Before she shut the door she looked at Takako who sat in the backseat, "Mommmy isn't going to be happy that she's here, Dad." Before Kimura could reply, Kokomi slammed the door shut and lead her father down the sidewalk to her classroom.
Matsu Takako secretly hated how Kimura's daughter thought the world truly did revolve around her Mother.
Kimura came back and started the car, "Sorry about that. She just thinks your someone else. One of the girl's, Goro brings to the house." Kimura smiled and started to drive away, ""Shizuka always tells her to stay away from the Goro's girlfriends."
Kimura laughs and looks at Takako from his driver's mirror and notices she isn't smiling.
It's been three weeks and Matsu Takako is still staying at the house.
"It's really is differnt when someone hand washes the dishes." Kimura said as he held a cup up the light. "Shizuka never washes dishes by hand, says it isn't to good for the skin."
Takako was at the sink washing a pile of dishes, for the pass couple of days she started to cook at the meals. Kimura had some time off and was able to stay home and while Takako took care of the household; Kimura was able to spend more time with his daughters. He was happy and felt content. When he did have time off it was spent doing things around the house.
"I like this." Kimura said lying on the floor watching the television.
"What?" Takako dried her hands and went to the living room, "Seeing yourself on tv?"
Kimura took a good look at the screen and it was him on the TV on another drama series, he changed the channel, "Sorry, didn't realize I had it on that."
"Sure you didn't." Takako took a seat on the floor next to Kimura.
"No, I meant this. You. Here. Things are being taken care of, the girls are happy." Kimura rolled on his back and look at Takako with a grin. His arms were folded behind his head.
"What? A maid?" Takako said with a laugh and crawled on top of Kimura and kissed him on the cheek.
Kimura liked this girl around. He forgot while a singer and entertainer like himself and Shizuka; she was't at all high maintance like Shizuka and actaully liked to be a part of the family and the work that went along with running a house hold.
Both of the lied on the floor, holding hands. However, as supportive and encouraging as she was Kimura had a nagging feeling on the back of his mind about Shizuka and how much he had missed her.
After a while Kimura's silence forced her to look up and there stood in the doorway was Shizuka Kudo.

About: Following real life events, Tsuyoshi's relationship with his
long time girlfriend gets serious. Tsuyoshi only follows his heart. In
the end nothing matters since lives are taken and everything is put on
hold.
When I did those Spider-Man skits for the SmapxSmap show, I really wanted to see the Spider-man movie. When I found out it wasn't going to be released in Japan for another month, I took Koharu with me and we took a plane to the US to see the flim. We had only a day to otherselves and it was our first overnight trip together, let alone aboard and it was something I'd never forget.
I loved the movie. While watching Koharu insisted on the works. She said we were on holiday and we ate candy, hot dogs, popcorn and soda. She finshed the popcorn before the previews even ended and went right up to get a refill. I loved how she didn't care. Sometimes when we'd go out with Goro and Miho-san; Goro would watch Miho eat and make these little comments about eatting slower and eatting less. While Koharu would eat it all up and ask for seconds.
"Don't really like her." was all Goro would tell me every time we went out. After a while I didn't ask him to come along anymore.
So anyway, back to the Spider-Man movie. Once the production team heard that I already saw it they insisted I do a skit and one of the camera guy's had a bunch of comics and said I should read them and tell them if there was any ideas I wanted to use for the skit. So I took the comics home and read them and there was this one female character that kept coming up. She was Spider-Man's girlfriend his true love; but she died by the hands of Spider-Man's close friend. I wanted to include a skit with her but was shot down. The character kinda reminded me of Koharu and soon after a while the nickname of the girlfriend stuck with Koharu. I would sometimes let it slip when we were alone. I'd call her Gwen and Koharu would laugh and hold my hand even tighter.
I was really glad to met Koharu. She was kind and considerate to all people and didn't seem to mind my career constantly getting in the way. She was always ok if I told her I couldn't make it or that I'd be late and she never seemed to love the spot light. I'd take her out and she's always willing to stand on th sidelines as the fans came and asked for photo's. She was also private about out relatioship. Never went running to the media and never gossiped amoung her friends. I really liked having her in my life.
I wanted to take the next step and meet her parents. I took the 3 hour trip to her parents home who didn't bat an eye as to who I was. Infact I don't think they really understood just who I was, I told them I was a talent, an idol and they asked me to say no more; As long as I respected her and treated her with dignity it was ok with them. The trip did us some good and that night before I left to the hotel and Koharu to her old room she held me tight and told me that she loved me and only me.
The summer was coming up and I wanted to take some time off to spend with her. She was working a bit more and it couldn't be helped. She had a school loan to pay off and I offered her to pay for it in full but she pushed me away and insisted she could do it. Later on I was told about upcoming concert dates.
We were about to start the first leg of the tour and Koharu had to work for the first couple of dates. I wanted to take her out before the first date but Nakai insisted I rest up and get some sleep before the first date, so I went home alone that night. When I got home, I remember I called Koharu and we talked for hours; She said she would try to get some time off and go by train and catch the tour. I told her to swing by my house after work and pick up my car keys. I won't be using the car and going by car would be faster and she thought it was a great idea.
Me and Shingo went to meet with the concert supervisior who had us measured for out concert outfits one last time. I seem to be losing weigh and Shingo seemed to be gaining. Shingo didn't say much and I kept making lame excuses like how Koharu would eat all the food before I had a chance but on one got the joke.
We did our first concert date in the Saitama center. I remember Nakai coming to see another idol concert. He made fun of this girl idol from Hello!Project through out her entire career and I guess this was her last show so he went on behalf of Utaban and bought in tow one of the biggest flower arrangements in the hall. Nakai gushed about how he made her cry and Shingo said she wasn't crying for the flowers but crying because he called her a horse face for the last 4 years. Nakai laughed and said it was all idol polictics.
After the Saitama show we all retreated to our hotels. Around 3 in the morning there was a knock at my door, it was our manager and I was told we were having a group meeting. I went down the hallway and into the suite that Kimura had. It was his turn for the suite and there was the other four. Nakai was half asleep on the floor and Shingo was in the kitchen raiding the small fridge. Goro looked nervous but I didn't really pay attention, I sat down by the window and waited for the lecture.
Our manager was frim. She was older, like our mother and didn't play favorites. If she saw something she didn't like she would be on our backs making sure we didn't do it again. Even at three in the morning she was fully dressed and had her hair neatly pinned up.
"Inagaki felt the need to stray again."
Nakai was on the floor and rolled to his side, "AGAIN?! JESUS! Did you bring her here, just shove her with some money and through the back door!" Kimura looked bored and gave Goro a hard look and sneered, "How would you feel if she cheated on you?" Goro didn't say anything and Shingo was busy eatting.
"Sadly the money will do us no good. There are pictures. Seems Miho herself, called me and said she's fed up and planning a tell all."
Everyone grew quiet.
"Why the slience, don't tell me you told her things she shouldn't know."
Nakai groaned and Shingo and Kimura both glared daggers at Goro who only seemed to be sinking in his seat more and more.
"Inagaki. Can you fix this?"
Goro stood and went to the door, "I'll see her. I'll fix this." He always tried to act so cool. We knew he'd be wreak in the car and would be thinking up a million ways on how to say sorry. Poor Miho. I wouldn't do anything like this to Koharu. The meeting ended and I went back to my hotel room and saw I had a voice mail on my cellphone, I checked it and was Koharu! She said she was thirty minutes from the hotel and would be able to have the day off. I quickly got dressed and went to the lobby to wait.
While in the lobby I had a drink of coffee and read the newspaper. It had been over thirty minutes and then as I started to worry there was a phone call. I didn't bother to check the call ID. I answered and it was Goro. There was alot of noise in the background. "Goro? So what did Miho-san say?" I laugh but Goro sounds like he's going to cry, "Tsuyo- your there, RIGHT?" Goro coughs and I grow quiet. "Tsu- your in the hotel right?"
I stand and walk towards the front desk, I want to page Nakai. Things just don't sound right.
"I'm here. Goro? Where are you?"
'Nothing- .. I'm fine. I just got into a car wreak. Nothing to big... " Goro pauses for almost a minute. "Just thought I hit your car. It looked like yours." He hangs up and I forget to page for Nakai. Instead I call Koharu but she doesn't answer. I call again and again and for a while the phone is busy. It's been over an hour now and Koharu hasn't shown up. I go back to my hotel room and lie in bed with all the lights off. I try to call Goro but he doesn't answer. Then his phone is turned off.
In the morning I get a phone call. I answer it's Goro says he'd be late to the concert, but he'd be there. Just not for rehearal. I tell the other's and Nakai fumes.
Koharu never showed up.
I get another call, it's my insurance agent. He say's my car's being held by the police. He jokes and says I was lucky to make it out alive. I feel sick. The policeman contiunes and says I shouldn't bother to pick up the car, it's worthless. I hang up the phone and scream.
I don't know how long I was screaming but room service comes by and say's I have some visitor's. I usher her away and notice it's Koharu's parents. Their faces look blank and all they tell me is that Koharu was on her way to see him but she was in a accident. I think about Goro's call and how he said he thought he had hit my car. I sliently beg and beg that the police have the other driver in custody but Koharu's mom screams that it was a hit and run and the police haven't a clue who hit her.
I throw myself to floor wanting to die. I have to see Koharu, ask her what she knows.
Her father is on the floor beside me, he has his hands on my shoulders and tells me she died this morning.
I push him away and run out of the door, I dash down the flight of stairs to the lobby and run to the parking lot. Goro was walking up to the hotel. We were alone and he looks shaken and exhausted. I jump on him and we both go crashing to the pavement. I demand to see his car, he says he took a cab. I'm crying and screaming and tell him to cut the crap and show me his car.
"Tsuyo, the accident. My car is messed up; I had to take a cab." Goro pushes me off him and stands up.
"What about the other driver? Are they ok?"
"Sure they are." Goro lies as he wipes off his suit and fixes his hair.
"You did it before, YOU'LL DO IT AGAIN!" I scream as he walks away from me.
He stops and looks back at me. "If you report me. It's over. Everything is."
I'm shaking and I'm sliently crying.
At that moment I feel like Spider-Man

Notes: I was told that Tsuyoshi had a girlfriend in real life that he
adored but she died in a horrible traffic accident. That's the only
thing based off real life event's. Goro did do a hit and run once but
I'm not claiming he went and killed Tsuyoshi's girlfriend, that part is
fiction. Please don't flame. I did this in a rush because I knew I just
had to write it all out. Comments, Questions and Rants are welcome.

"I'm worried," the housekeeper said "this is scaring me. It's all so sudden."
Shizuka ignored the look and kept on packing, "It's alright, we're only going to be gone for a week. He's knows all about it, so there isn't a reason for concern." She buttons up her coat and tilts her head and gives a smile to her housekeeper Meiko. "I'll call as soon as we get to the airport." She pats Meiko's shoulder and signals for her to carry the luggage downstairs.
"I really wish you weren't going." Meiko says as she struggles with the bags.
"You know I have to do this."
"What? Do what?"
Shizuka smiled and pressed the issue, "The trip. I need a vacation, dear." She took the car keys out of her pocket and opened the trunk. She went to the driver's side and looked inside, Kokomi and Mitsuki both were sitting and waiting for their mother to get in. She waved hello to them and got into the vehicle. "Wave goodbye to Meiko." she told her childern as she drove away.
At the airport the wait felt like hell. Shizuka sliently wished she didn't wear her heels. Kokomi begged for a drink and Mitsuki had fallen asleep in her arms. The trio waited in line for over thirty minutes; she couldn't get out of line to buy Kokomi her drink. She felt drained and wished she had her hired help, but knew she had to do this alone.
When security did their checks, Shizuka bought Kokomi her favorite flavored drink and Mitsuki had woken up startled and started to cry. "You told me Daddy was going to be here when I woke up. Where is he?" Shizuka felt lost. She hated to admit it, but whenever Mitsuki cried or grew upset, she would hand her over to Meiko who would calm her down. Kokomi was never one to grow anxious and often sat and watched everything.
"Darling, please. Daddy is at work," Shizuka purred as she stroked her hair, "Take another nap and he'll be here next time." Mitsuki didn't look at her mother but watched Kokomi with the drink, "I want that! Where is mine?" Shizuka handed Kokomi some money and asked her to buy another. Shizuka watched her daughter walk off for another drink and wished she didn't feel such guilt.
After an hour, they boarded the plane. Mitsuki sat in the window seat, Shizuka was to the left of her, and Kokoki was stuck sitting in front of Shizuka. She refused to put on her seat belt and stood on the seat to make faces at Mitsuki who only cried for her Father. Shizuka was busy touching up her makeup and didn't notice that a woman was speaking to Kokomi.
"You look familar? I could swear it by the eyes." The woman looked closely at Kokomi, she stared a little long and Shizuka shut her makeup case and barked at the woman, "Your holding up the aisle, move along." The woman almost dropped her purse when she caught Shizuka's eye. " Y- your his wife.." she stuttered . Shizuka waved her hand to move her along, "I'm more than his wife, I have a name." and the woman was at a lost of words at how stern Shizuka acted.
"Mommy..." Kokomi stood on her seat and looked at her mother, "Daddy says to be nice to the girls, Daddy says their important in his life too." Shizuka scoffed, "Well Daddy should know there is only one important girl in his life."
"Don't you mean three?" The stewardess said off hand as she buckled Kokomi's seat belt.
Shizuka said nothing as the stewardess checked the trio's seat belts.
Back at home Meiko tried to call first Shizuka who had her phone off. It's been over three hours and she didn't call like she said she would. And while that was nothing new, it was well known in the household that whatever Shizuka said was to be taken with a grain of salt, but what concerned Meiko is that she took both of the childern with her or any other help. She tried her call their Father but the calls were only lead to his voice mailbox. She grew restless and while upstairs she cleaned up the master bedroom and noticed and she had taken off her wedding ring. It wasn't hard to miss; it was massive and pink and she'll never forget the argument the pair had gotten in about the size. She was upset that he didn't agree with the cut and he was furious over the fact she didn't want to accept the ring he had presented to her at their engagement. It was a ring his father had gotten from his father and had been kept in the family for years. So for Shizuka to not accept it, at least to wear through the engagement and save him face, it drove him mad. The day they bought the ring, Meiko witness the two going at it and Shizuka threating to flush the family heirloom down the toilet and Kimura ripping the new ring off her finger and throwing it out the bathroom window. She'll never forget the look on Shizuka's face. It was a look of rage, Shizuka's face was shiny with sweat as she barked at the maid to go hell and get the ring from outside while she was at it.
As a last resort Meiko did have this number, it was a number that she kept track of, since the owned of the number called at bizarre hours and asked only for Kimura. She didn't want to doubt the relationship of her bosses but she was aware both had someone on the outside. She dialed the number and a woman answered after six rings. "Is something wrong?" the female voice said. "I can call you, you don't call me." Meiko didn't know what to think and the phone almost slipped out of her grip.
"I have a problem.. I need to speak to .."
"Sorry. You've got the wrong number." the female said quickly in her deep voice.
"PLEASE. Don't hang up! It's a family problem!" Meiko shouted.
"I don't have a family."
There was only slience.
Meiko waited almost a few minutes. She didn't know if the woman was still on the line. She could hear some background noise.
"Shizuka is that you?" Kimura was on the phone, his voice sounded soft, almost tender.
More slience.
"Shizuka? Why did you call this number?" Kimura spoke slowly. Meiko could hear the woman singing in the background.
".. Kimura, this is Meiko. I called because of Shizuka." Meiko managed to choke out a response.
Kimura was silent. Then he asked quietly, "What did she do?"
"She's taken them!" Meiko cried and sobbed, "To the airport! She said you knew about it."
"That bitch," he muttered "I'm on my way to the house."

This is what I brought you
This you can keep
This is what I brought
You may forget me
Shingo Katori was planning on throwing this huge party at his parents house but it was a no-go. His parents said he was too young and they didn't like his friends anyway. Shingo was only 13 and he didn't have many friends, only these five other guys that he worked with. He was working hard to make his band work and his parents said that his bandmates weren't really his friends.
Shingo pouted, "They are my friends!"
His Father sneered, "Seems like they only want you when it's time to work."
Shingo looked away, "Kimura-kun and I are really close, infact, he said if you won't let me have the party here, I can have it at his house!"
His Father said nothing, knowning all to well, Kimura would refused.
*******
"Are you insane?" Kimura screamed at Shingo, "And just who would you invite anyway?"
Shingo looked at his feet and tried to keep his voice from cracking, "Well I figure you and the guys could come."
"Blah, we're together enough as it is.. Listen, forget about parties and do some of your school work. The old guy says if you keep getting getting low marks, he's just going to rotate you and maybe get someone else for the band."
"And just who could they get to take my place?" Shingo yelled getting to close to Kimura.
"Lots.I hear that Mabo guy over at Tokio wants to take a chance, always going on about how he's pretty good on rollerskates." Kimura started to lead Shingo out the entry way of his apartment.
"But, b-ut.." Shingo said as he walked out the door, "You don't get it, it's not just any party - "
"Kid, go ask Nakai, he's out a bigger place anyway."
*******
Shingo went to Nakai's house.
He didn't even answer the door.
Nakai merely looked out the window, saw Shingo and went back to his business.
"YOUR HOME! OPEN UP! THIS ISN'T FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!" Shingo banged on the door.
He wanted to cry. He wasted a whole day and it was his only day off for a while. He had classes to attend to tomorrow morning and a meeting with the old guy after classes. Shingo glazed out. He hated the neighborhood Nakai lived in anyway.
*********
Shingo was back at home, reading some comics he his mother shouted for him to get a phone, he rushed down stairs to get the phone from his Mother and he was a little nervous. Being on the phone made him nervous, "Hello?" Shingo said. There wasn't an answer. But he did hear some static.
"Hey? Hey, you there?" It was Goro.
"GORO-CHAN!"
"Hey, it's sempai to YOU."
"Goro-chan, I think this is the first time you ever called my house!"
"It's SEMPAI, dammit!"
"So, what's up? Hey - listen, I wanted to do this party."
"Yeah, the party. Listen I already heard about it. It's going to happen, tomorrow. After classes, just come to my house."
"FOR REAL? WOW! And everyone knows!"
"Sure, everyone. Just get here as soon as possible."
**********
After classes, Shingo dashed home, he was home before his Mother came back from her usual gossip-filled errands and he changed out of his school uniform and dressed in jeans and t-shirt and he wore a bright red baseball cap. He looked really happy to go to this party, he never knew Goro would take the time to make it all work out. He took the train line he took to Goro's house and in little than 30 minutes he arrived in Goro's neighborhood and soon came to his doorstep. The door was wide open and he could hear music playing. Shingo peered into the loft and called out for Goro but there was no answer.
He wanted a few minutes and played his his baseball cap. He thought maybe he was too early and considered taking a walk around the block to pass some time.
Shingo then heard some paper being ripped up, he called out to Goro who shouted back at him, "Shingo? Is that you, get in here!"
Shingo slipped off his shoes and dashed across the fancy marble floor Goro had installed around his place.
Shingo couldn't believe his eyes, PRESENTS! At least a dozen!
"You knew?" Shingo cried out, he ran to gifts and looked at them, on the dinner table they looked larger than life. What could be in them? No way could it be clothes! Shingo eyed the gifts and then Goro would looked painfully shy.
"Where's everyone else?" Shingo looked around
"You should have kept the uniform on.." Goro mumbled to himself and came close to Shingo, "Well, there isn't anyone else? You wanted a party right?"
Shingo nodded, "YES! And it's a BIRTHDAY PARTY!"
Goro nodded and held Shingo close, "Yes, yes. A birthday party. What is now, 15?"
Shingo playfully pushed Goro away, "NO! I'm 14 now! And look getting taller!" Shingo was the same height as Goro.
"How nice." Goro said and took off Shingo's hat.
Shingo watched Goro throw his hat across the room on the sofa. Goro smiled. "I bought you nice things. The kinda things he bought me."
"Who? Johnny?" Shingo felt really uncomfortable.
"Yes, when I turned 15, he gave me something special." Goro took off his jacket and pointed to the gifts, "Shingo-chan. Open them. See the things I bought for you."
Shingo really wanted the gifts but didn't really like Goro's smile.
Goro left to close the front door while Shingo started on the gifts.
It was everything he wanted, new rollerskates in navy blue. A really cool sweatshirt that matched the one Kimura wore constantly at the gym and a handful of comics. He felt really happy.
"These are awesome. Are these things Johnny-san gave you as well?" Shingo smiled as he sat on the floor, Goro sat close on his knees, Goro only watched Shingo for a few moments before he answered.
"We gave each other something. He said it was special, something I could only give to one person and one person only."
Shingo was busy with the sweatshirt, he had his half way over his head and laughed, "It's stuck, Goro-chan! TOO SMALL!"
With Shingo not looking, Goro came close to Shingo and held him by the waist, causing Shingo to lie back and laugh as he tired to take the sweater off all together, "Goro-chan, your too close!"
"Sure close. Let me get closer." Goro said as he lifted Shingo's shirt up a bit and saw the plush of his stomach. Shingo had his sweater off and his arms above his head only looking at Goro with no words.
"Your healthy." Goro muttered as he lied on top of Shingo. Now face to face, Goro smiled softly at Shingo and Shingo was racing to catch his breathe.
"This isn't good. Kimura said these things were bad."
"What things?" Goro screamed as he held both of Shingo's wrist.
"These things, the things you do with Johnny-san."
"What does Kimura know? What does he tell you?"
Shingo started to cry. His eyes were red. He couldn't catch his breathe. Goro started to unzip his pants, he pulled Shingo's shirt up and asked Shingo to take it off. Shingo took it off, his face flushed, he only stared at the ceiling as Goro kissed him all over. Soon Shingo realized his pants and underwear were off and Goro slipped them in his mouth.
Shingo stared at the ceiling and thought of his Mom and Dad. Maybe they were right. Friends don't do these things to each other.
Now on his stomach. Shingo felt lifeless. His body moved with Goro's as Goro took him from behind. He couldn't cry anymore.
Goro started to sing him Happy Birthday.
Shingo merely looked at the gifts scattered on the floor.

Title: Spending time with you.
Rating: Pg-13?
Summary: Whoa. First crossover fanfic, EVER! This is a Nakai/Tsubasa
crossover, SMAP/T&T. Nakai and Tsubasa is my OTP. I love to see
them constantly on Utaban. I don't know much about Tsubasa, so please
forgive if it doesn't sound convincing. I'm not a great writer, I do
this for fun. English isn't my first language - so yeah. Thank you for
taking the time to read this. Honestly, I'm more of a het writer. This
fanfic contains alot of inside jokes and referances in jpop fandom, so
sorry if some stuff seems vague.
Warning: Don't own SMAP. Don't own Tackey & Tsubasa. I do all this for fun.
Utaban had started to become the ultimate boredom for Nakai. Day in and Day out he had to interview those nameless female idols. He loved girls and idols were his softspot, but lately what's being turned out turned him off. They were just getting way to young. Almost every summer came and went and the female idols got year's younger. Or maybe he was older? Either way he didn't like to play the touchy games they did on Utaban with twelve year olds.
"Welllllll. I've got no problem with it!" crackled Takaaki as he rubbed his hands together. Ishibashi Takaaki was Nakai's co-partner in Utaban. The pair have been great friend's from the start. While the two loved baseball almost more than life, Takaaki loved idols even more.
"Oh stop it." Nakai winced as he contiuned to try on hats. He own at least over four hundred. Most given to his as gifts from his fans. He'd bring along with him to the taping at least a dozen, just so he couldpick and chosse at the last minute before the taping. He didn't want to admit to anyone that he was losing his hair. But it was a well known unspoken fact.
"Can't wait for Hello!Project to release something new, it's been far to long..." Takaaki whispered, he was tying his shoes and then his cell phone went off. Glancing at the phone, he looked up at Nakai, "The wife" he sliently mouthed and headed to the back of the room to speak to his wife. Takaaki was a man who loved idols and he married one of the best, Suzuki Honami was a huge personality in the late 80's and while almost in her 40's she still was as feisty as any new upcoming idol to date.
Nakai looked pained. Was it his hats? Was it him? Did he need to go on tour to get out of this restlessness? "Damn. I gotta do something new.."
The producer assistant, a smaller man by the name of Heero rushed into the lobby, to tell them there was a last cancellation.
"Who was it?" Nakai asked not bothering to look up. He didn't really care who it was.
Heero looked over this clip board, "Aa... You know, one of those female groups from Hello Project, said something about an illness."
Nakai snorted, looked over at Takaaki who was still on the phone, "Do we got a back up?"
Heero was almost out the door, "We're making some calls. You break the news to him." Heero pointed at Takaaki and left just as fast as he first came.
Takaaki got off the phone and smiled, "What did Heero want?"
Nakai, "Oh nothing, just your girls couldn't make it today?"
Takaaki screamed, "WHAT? Which girls? Not the young ones?"
"Yes, the young ones." Nakai said as he tried on another hat.
*************
The taping was about to start, neither knew who was going to be the replacement. Nakai didn't care. Takaaki was moody and rushed the workers around him. Nakai slapped him a few times telling him to calm down. "If it makes anything better, we do can review some photobooks?"
"Nooooo. We did that last week, besides I want to save that for when Maki-chan releases a new one!" Takaaki's eyes got huge and he started to drool.
Nakai looked annoyed, "Get over it. She's all nose. Besides she's Tsunku's girl. You know what a freak he is about his girls."
"She's all assssssssss." Takaaki droooled, "Plus that nose. I would kiss it and-"
"GODS! ENOUGH!" Nakai hurled a fake punch which Takaaki avoided.
"Welcome! Please come in!"
Nakai turned around to face who his staff was talking to.
Heero went to greet the newcomer, he was bowing his hand, thanking him for coming on late notice. Nakai broke out in a huge grin. One of his own!
"Hey, Nakai-Sempai!" Tsubasa Imai waved to Nakai. He went close to give
him a handshake, while Nakai instead took him into his arms and
embraced him and played with
his hair in mock-sempai fashion. "Hey! Sempai! They just did my hair!"
Tsubasa laughed and gave a weak wave to Takaaki who took notice this
was the replacement, he gave Tsubasa a weak smile and walked off to go
grab something to eat.
Nakai turned to Heero who pulled Tsubasa over and spoke to the two over what the episode plan was. Since it was so last minute, the trio would just discuss upcoming music and dream dates. It was a safe topic and something the viewers liked, only because when it came to dates it caused Nakai to literally twich in his seat with anixety. And when Nakai was anxious he gets loud. Safe choice!
Takaaki was eatting as he was called over to go over a run thrown with Nakai and Tsubasa.
After about thirty minutes of going over the plan, it was time to start recording.
****************
Takaaki announced the topic, and Nakai turned red and Tsubasa clapped.
"Now with dates, I'm already married, so I can't date anymore. So the questions go to you two single boys." Takaaki leered at Nakai and Tsubasa. Nakai was still red in the face. Tsubasa seemed indiffernt. He went on tons of dates. He was ready to go!
"Now tell me the truth! How many dates do you go on with Tackey-chan?" Takaaki pointed at Tsubasa who was caught off guard.
"EHHHHHHH? Tackey-chan? We don't date!" Tsubasa said with fake horror.
"Sure you do! Nakai, aren't they liked married?"
Nakai laughed at pointed at the VTR clip that played on the side of the stage that played for viewers at home. It was footage of Tackey and Tsubasa's mock wedding during one of their concerts.
"I think you would wear the wedding dress right?" Nakai said with a laugh.
"With black stockings!" Takaaki threw in.
Tsubasa blushed and waved for the VTR clip to be turned off, "Stop that! Stocking?! But isn't that old fashion?"
"No WAAAAAAY. I hear Shizuka-san wears them all the time for Kimura" Nakai laughed and hoped he wouldn't get in trouble for that comment.
"Aa, but Shizuka-san does have long legs..." Tsubasa thought.
"What? So you like older women?" Takaaki threw at Tsubasa.
"Come on!! This about dating! How about you Nakai, do you like them young like your cost?"
Nakai started to twitch.
Takaaki laughed, "You can't get him to open up about girls! Especially about Shi-zu-ka-saaaaaan" Takaaki said in a sing-song voice.
Nakai turned bright red, "Your going to get me in trouble you guys!!!!!!!!!" Nakai jumped out of his seat, while he could just imagine his staff doing the animation for that point with an animated Kimura Takuya beating Nakai with a baseball bat, while Nakai had big heart-eyes for the leggy Shizuka Kudo.
They went to commericals and Nakai went for a drink. He overheard the staff talking about the animation saying to make sure to give Shizuka Kudo really worried eyebrows, it was her trademark back in her early idol days. Nakai groaned. He was soooooooo gonig to get in trouble for this!
Someone tapped Nakai on the shoulder, it was Tsubasa who had a cup of tea. He gave Nakai a soft smile. "Worried about Kimura-san? I know how private he is about his wife."
"Hahahaha," Nakai gave a weak laugh, "Private isn't the word." He went to refill his drink, but the tea was out. Tsubasa handed over his cup and smiled, "Here, have mine. It isn't too sweet."
Nakai shyly drank it. He watched Tsubasa who looked at him, still smiling. Nakai didn't know what to say, so he said the first thing that came out of his mouth, "You've gotten darker, yeah?"
Tsubasa looked over himself, "I guess, that's what Tackey is always saying. We were in Hawaii shooting a video and I guess I got all the sun. Tackey came back with a sunburn! He should start peeling this week." Tsubasa laughed at the thought of the very vain Tackey peeling.
"When we were in Hawaii, Goro was running into corners just to avoid the wind. He was so worried over his hair." Nakai told Tsubasa, "But it did him no good, humidity is everywhere."
Tsubasa didn't say anything.
******************
"Now what's the one place you like to go on for a date?" Takaaki asked.
Tsubasa raised his hand, "I love to take a girl out dancing!"
"DANCING? Like, you make her dance for you or you make her watch you dance?" Nakai asked, they then showed of VTR clip of Tsuabsa's sexy dance moves. Takaaki did some catcalls and Tsubasa laughed and waved it off.
"Very sexy!" Takaaki did some fake hip thrusting and Nakai laughed.
"Your a very good dancer as well, Nakai-sempai.." Tsubasa whispered to Nakai. Nakai acted shocked and Takaaki screamed, "But he isn't sext. Not like YOU! Isn't that why Johnny's sister likes you so much?" Takaaki proceeded to fake dance and lift up his shirt. Tsubasa and Nakai stared.
"But it is true, isn't it? Your Mary-san's favorite." Nakai had his arms crossed and nodded his head in serious thought.
Tsubasa looked from Nakai who was being serious and Takaaki who still was trying to dance sexy. "But Mary-san likes you as well, your a favorite right?"
"Naaaaaah," Nakai waved the comment away, "Kimura-san is always the favorite, he's the BIG ONE, you know?"
Tsubasa nodded, "Hm.. But I still think you dance better, show me some moves, Sempai?"
Takaaki stopped and waved Nakai to take the floor, Nakai grew red, "Dance? NOW?" Nakai left his seat and went to the center and with the music starting up, he started to do his routine from an old SMAP concert.
"NOT SEXY! NOT SEXY AT ALL!" Takaaki screamed and Tsubasa went to the stage with Nakai and started to follow his steps. Nakai didn't notice and conituned to dance, he then waved his arms and accidently smacked Tsubasa who fell to the ground. Nakai frozed shocked and looked down at Tsubasa who started up at Nakai. Takaaki came over and looked down at Tsubasa, "From here you look like a girl." Takaaki laughed and Nakai helped him up, "Sorry for tripping you." Tsubasa gave a slight bow and the taping stopped and went to commericals.
Takaaki left the stage and Tsubasa was holding on to this left side of his hip. Nakai noticed and pointed at his hip, "Did I hurt you?" Nakai's face was still red and Tsubasa noticed he looked really sincere. He never saw Nakai like this, most of the time Nakai was loud, brash, rushed and just larger than life.
"Just a little." Tsubasa gave a fake wince. "You know Tackey's going to get mad."
Nakai was on his knees and gave Tsubasa's hip a pat, "Sorry, Tsubasa's sexy hip, get better soon, ne?"
Tsubasa laughed, "They won't make it better?"
Nakai looked up at Tsubasa, "And what will?"
Tsubasa thought and then ripped Nakai's hat off his head and ran off as best as he could. Nakai screamed, "My hat!" He felt naked without his hat! He rushed after Tsubasa, the pair not noticng the camera's were recording, "Give it back! Give it back! It's my favorite!" Nakai screamed as Tsubasa hobbled around the studio set, "You have a million more! This one is mine!" He shouted back as he put the hat on.
Nakai caught up and Takaaki came over and said to Tsubasa, "It suits you. Very well! It's yours!"
"But it's MY HAAAAAAAAT!" Nakai cried, he ripped it off Tsubasa's head and put it back on, "Hurt or not, my hat's come first!"
Tsubasa laughed and the taping was finshed.
****************
"That was lots of fun! Thank you so much!" Tsubasa said and bowed to the staff. He was smiling and Takaaki looked bored, "But I think your going to have to come back! We didn't even do the second half of what we planned!"
"Oh, I loved to come back soon! Hopefully with Tackey by my side." Tsubasa smiled and the staff was charmed.
Takaaki excused himself, he was leaving early for a dinner date with his wife and called out to Nakai that he would call him in the morning. Nakai nodded and left back to his office where he could relax. After taping he usually didn't leave until later at night since he really didn't have anyone waiting at home for him. He figure maybe take the train home early. He went to grab his coat when there was a knock on his door, he asked who it was and the door opened with Tsubasa standing in his door way.
Tsubasa smiled, the same big grin he had all day today.
"Sempai I had lots of fun today! I really love coming to tape with you on Utaban." Tsubasa smiled and went to shake Nakai's hand. "I can't wait to tell Tackey all about today!"
Nakai shook his hand and smiled at Tsubasa, "You did some great dancing. I look eager to taping with you in the future!"
Tsubasa bowed to leave but hesitated when Nakai held his gaze. Smiling, "Yes, Sempai?" Tsubasa asked softly, "I'm not really hurt, it was a joke.."
Nakai smiled, "Yeah, I know. I just was thinking how you care for your partner. Tackey is lucky to have you."
Tsubasa shyly smiled, he had his left hand on the back of his head and he tried to play cool, "Well, I think your more lucky because you have 4 other guys with you."
"Yeah, four other guys. But let me tell you, they are a handful! And Kimura thinks he's leader all the time!" Nakai did a fake punch in the air, "Sometimes you gotta lay down the law to let them know their place."
Tsubasa laughed and notice Nakai sat back down. Tsubasa followed his lead and shut the door and sat on the spare chair in the room, "Kimura-san is tough, isn't he?"
Nakai laughed, "Not as tough as me, I just get my baseball bat, and BOOM!" Tsubasa laughed and asked, "Or do you tell on him to Shizuka-san?"
Nakai grew quiet, "I almost never talk to Shizuka-san, she only really speak's to Kimura. They are really close, you know?"
Tsubasa nodded, he didn't know much about their relationship, no one in the business really asked about her but Tsubasa knew the rumors. "Did you really like her?"
Nakai didn't bat an eye, "Sure I did, she was the best girl out there!
And that voice!" Nakai did a fake squeaky voice , one Shizuka had that
made her famous in the
80's.
Tsubasa laughed, "But she had these legs...... Oh wow..."
Nakai nodded. Both stopped for a moment and thought about Shizuka Kudo in those heels she use to wear when she was young.
"Ok, anyway..." Nakai wanted to change the subject, He could just imagine Kimura throwing a fit if he knew the two of them were sitting around late at night thinking about his wife in her younger days.
Tsubasa coughed, "But she isn't really my type, you know?"
Nakai didn't know what to say to that. He really didn't care what type Tsubasa liked best.
"What kind of girl do you like best? Tsubasa asked Nakai.
"Oh come on, listen don't you have somewhere to be?"
Tsubasa got up from this seat. "I guess I should go.." Tsubasa smiled.
"Stop smiling." Nakai said, "Are you happy all the time?"
"It's just.. I really like spending time with you, Sempai.." Tsubasa smiled.
"I think you should go." Nakai pointed to the door, Nakai studied Tsubasa to see where his intentions lied.
Tsubasa looked to the floor, "I'm leaving, see you soon.."
Nakai watched as Tsubasa left and shouted as he walked off, "I like spending time with you too!You can have my hat!"
Tsubasa turned to look at Nakai; he had a cellphone to his ear,
speaking eagerly to someone, probably to Tackey. Tsubasa must not have
heard him, because all he did
was give a slight nod and walked off.
Nakai held his hat in his hands and suddenly felt very alone.
A rather tense scene.

Summary: Shizuka Kudo shows up for the POP!UP tour to be with Takuya
and to take care of Nakai, but while on the tour Tsuyoshi remembers all
to well just why he can't stand the woman in the first place. This
story has a lot of flash backs on the relationship of Shizuka and
Takuya and the relationship she sets up with the other members of SMAP.
"That was such a great concert! I can't tell you how happy I am about it!" Shizuka Kudo clapped her hands and went straight for her husband and gave him a long embrace, over his shoulder as she held him she saw the other band mates come in after him and smiled at her, Nakai looked to the floor and Tsuyoshi quickly went for a drink. Shizuka held her gaze at Takuya and both stared at each other for a moment.
"You don't mind? Really?" Takuya asked her in a soft voice and she merely just shook her head and ran her hand through her hair, "I totally love it! I know my Mother will be great with the girls." She laughed and turned to speak to Shingo who was just on the phone.
Takuya went over to Nakai and asked him how he was feeling.
"Just a little tired. Really had a hard time catching my breath.." Nakai trailed on..
"Listen, you can sit the next one out. They will understand." Takuya looked at Nakai with sad eyes.
"N-no.. It's just I don't remember the songs that great, you know the new songs." Nakai made an excuse "I catch myself making these mistakes."
Tsuyoshi went to the pair and smiled he handed Nakai a warm cup of tea, "Shizuka-san is here. She is so motherly. Maybe she can watch over Nakai."
Takuya looked annoyed, Nakai couldn't hide his smile. For days now just
had hope she would come and follow the tour, but the girls weren't back
in school until this month and now she's here. But then again he smiled
because he knew what Tsuyoshi was getting at, he couldn't stand to see
Shizuka and Takuya together, it sicken him like nothing else. He made
it no secret that he hated the public display of affection the pair
showed to each other backstage and during the concert.
Nakai turned his back on Kimura and slightly laughed.
Takuya slapped him on the back of the head, "Don't laugh, this isn't a joke."
Nakai turned to look at Takuya, "N-no. It's just that Tsuyoshi said something nice about Shizuka and it wasn't about her singing.."
Takuya gave Tsuyoshi a hard glaze that said a million things all at once, but it mostly said, keep making fun of my wife and I will KILL you.
He walked out the room and Shizuka followed him out the door.
Later that night Takuya was taking a nap and Shizuka left to do some shopping, she was out the door when Nakai met her in the hotel hallway, he smiled at her and she gave a flashing grin and went close to him, to speak to him futher away from the door since Takuya was sleeping. "I'm going to pick up some items from the market place for the morning, would you care to come along?" Nakai looked at her and smiled, he loved being with her more than anything and that always concerned him, almost everyone knew he adored her, expect for Shizuka herself. She was so oblivious to almost everything around her.
"You don't mind? I won't slow you down?" Nakai raised his pant leg to point at his bandaged leg.
"I like to walk slow. It would be nice for a change since Takuya loved to dash in and out of stores."
They went to the elevator and the doors open and out stepped Tsuyoshi with a female at side.
"Ohohoooho!" Nakai screamed, "A little late for such cheap feels?"
Tsuyoshi pulled the girl out the elevator, she seemed star struck to see both Nakai and Shizuka and said nothing.
"Speak for yourself." Tsuyoshi muttered and pulled his lady into this hotel room.
Shizuka gave a small laugh and Nakai stepped in the elevator and rambled about how he's so smart. Shizuka nodded and made a comment about how just the other day he had a nice red headed girl on his arm.
Nakai contiuned to ramble about this and that and Shizuka wouldn't pay attention to any of it until he mention Takuya and how he swore to give up women and then she came along.
It got really quiet. Shizuka didn't really press on about Takuya's past with women but did know of Kaorin and insisted to met her before the pair married. Takuya refused and threw the biggest fit and the pair had a screaming match that lasted for days. What Shizuka didn't know is that up until the marriage Takuya was in daily contact with Kaorin and told her almost everything about their relationship. She found out on a whim when she made a comment to Tsuyoshi about his hometown and he grew upset and screamed back at her things about Kaorin and how Takuya saw her almost every night.
In a flash Shizuka got a hold of Takuya and confronted him and he lied about it.
"Don't lie, Nakai-kun.." Shizuka said in a sing-song voice but it sounded really sad, "I really don't like it when men lie to me."
Nakai frowned and thought, "What did I do now?" He tried to make a joke but it just sounded really dumb and Shizuka marched off the elevator and to the valet parking lot and had her car pulled up in seconds, she quickly went inside the car and started it and watched Nakai rushing and limping down the parking lot. He got into the car and whispered sorry.
"Listen about that, I didn't mean to bring up anything about you know.." Nakai looked at his feet and Shizuka just contiuned to drive.
"Um.. You know he likes you best - " Nakai contiuned but Shizuka gave Nakai a glare and told him to just stop.
"Just stop. We're married now. There are no problems. He swore he wouldn't speak to her anymore." Shizuka tried hard not to look as upset as she felt but her eyebrows gave her away.
Nakai laughed, "Your eyebrows make you look so worried, even when you were young." Nakai pointed and Shizuka tried to slap his hand away.
"I get that all the time." Shizuka gave a weak smile, "Takuya said when we first met, he thought I didn't like him because of the look I always gave me, but really I was just so worried about how I looked, I was so overweigh then, and there was so much attention on us in the media."
"Yeah, you were a bit on the thick side." Nakai grinned, "But he liked that about you, said you reminded him of his mother."
"Oh gee, thanks." Shizuka hung her head in shame while at a stop light.
The next day Takuya left early to see the venue. He loved to wake early and get to the venue to watch the set up the stage. He would go from seat to seat in all the sections and just try to imagine what the fans view is like. He often felt the people who sat near the second stage had better seats because he was more into the concert once he hits the carts and travels to the back of the venue.
"Hey, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!" Kimura looked back to the front of the stage and saw Tsuyoshi waving, he was wearing his solo outfit and called out to Kimura to watch his solo. Kimura sat back and watched his bandmate give it 100%. While not in front of fans, even just for practice, Tsuyoshi would still give it his all, it was one of many things he liked about Tsuyoshi. Takuya just wished he would accept his wife.
Over at the hotel, Shizuka had went to Nakai's room and offered him leftovers Takuya barely touched the meal, he wasn't a really big fan for eatting so early. She knocked on the door and waited for Nakai to answer, it took almost two minutes for Nakai to get the door, he was on the phone when he answered and waved Shizuka in. She watched him contiune to talk and started to get the foor ready and heated up for him.
Nakai hanged up the phone and went to kitchen area, "I've hope I didn't make you to angry. I just have this bad habit and speaking before thinking."
Shizuka gave a warm smile, "I wouldn't offer my cooking if I was upset." She sat on the chair besides his plate and nodded for him to sit and eat.
Nakai thanked the gods sliently and started to eat her meal, she wasn't a great cook but just the fact it was from her made it all the more worth wild. While he ate, Shizuka kept thinking about the night before and just how funny he looked walking through the parking lot with a limp.
Nakai ate the meal and went to turn on the TV. Shizuka cleaned up and went to his closet and called out and asked what shirt he was going to wear. "I'm going to iron your outfit alright? How about getting cleaned up and we can leave for the venue together?"
Back at the venue Tsuyoshi and Shingo were watching Takuya go up and down the arena and sitting in seats and just staring out. "Look at him..." Tsuyoshi muttered to Shingo, "Hey, Kimura-kun, how about cheering for us?" Takuya stood up and waved and screamed and cat called. "I need a fan, I need a fan.." Kimura looked at one of the people working on the floor and asked for a fan, the worker dashed off to look for a fan. Tsuyoshi was on stage doing backflips and Shingo was running from the catwalk and back. Kimura was handed a fan and started to wave it until he realized it was a Goro fan.
"Oh. I don't want THIS one."
Takuya went to hand it back only to be faced with Goro who asked, "And just what's wrong with that one?"
Takuya only laughed and waved it a little higher, "Just k-kidding.."
Outside the venue, Shizuka and Nakai were still in the car.
"After the concert, would you like to join us for dinner?" Shizuka didn't wait for an answer and got out of the car and went to open Nakai's door, "Takuya had gotten some reservations at this really private place."
"Are the other's coming?" Nakai asked as he stepped out of the car slowly.
"I think Shingo said he wanted to come." Shizuka took Nakai by the arm, "Anyway, let's take it slow, there are alot of stairs to climb up."
Nakai wanted to lean his head on her shoulder, but knew people were out watching. He didn't want anyone to get the wrong idea.
Together the pair walked up the stairs to the back enterance of the venue. Shizuka tried hard to recall if she locked the car.
Inside the venue, Goro went to the stage manager and said he would need to leave early for other work committments and wouldn't be able to join the sound check. The stage manager was annoyed but let it slide, Goro was set to start doing some taping for this televison show doing interviews. He knew the other boys had other projects on hand. As Goro left the stage, Shizuka and Nakai entered arms together, almost holding hands, Goro wanted to make a comment to Tsuyoshi but he wasn't close enough, he was still on the catwalk with Shingo, he hoped he wouldn't forget it after the show.
Shizuka left Nakai's side and called out to Takuya and waved him to come close. He called her out to his seat and asked her to join him and she quickly left to get on the arena floor and sit beside her husband. Nakai pulled up a chair and watched Shingo practice some moves and saw how Tsuyoshi's mood changed quickly. Tsuyoshi watched Shizuka dash across the arena floor to Kimura and saw the pair embrace, he turned away and saw Nakai watching him; He didn't hide the discomfort on his face.
"Wanna dance?" Takuya asked as he took ahold of Shizuka and without words the pair started to dance in the aisels.
Nakai watched and Tsuyoshi watched, both for different reasons. Shingo had left the stage to try on his outfits.
What Tsuyoshi saw in Shizuka was one big mistake. He never admitted to anyone what Shizuka had done to him when she came into Takuya's life, but only after two months of dating, Shizuka would follow Takuya around and be on the set of SmapxSmap and would constantly be by his side. She would carry around this diary and write all about him and about SMAP. He found it once in the restroom, she had left it behind in a hurry when she heard the shower stop running and Takuya would be coming out. She wanted to be by his side with a towel in hand. She really was too much. Tsuyoshi looked at the diary and found almost every entry starting out with what Takuya wore and what he ate, but he found one entry and it was all about him.
It was written pretty poorly and he didn't have time to read it all because Shizuka bursted into the bathroom and saw him with her diary in his hands. She had that god awlful worried look on her face and he handed over her diary and acted like he knew nothing but she knew he had read what she wrote about him.
Later those days were akward, Tsuyoshi would recall the entry and would shudder and get into this coughing fit of half laugher and half disgust. In the entry what he did get to read was about Shizuka would have day dreams about him and about his white teeth and his long legs and these marks that he had on his cheeks. It really concerned him that she was watching him so closely to mention the acne scars of his youth.
A week had passed and Shizuka left the tour and Takuya grew upset because Tsuyoshi wasn't being friendly towards his new girlfriend.
Tsuyoshi didn't want Takuya to be mad, so he figure the next time she came to visit he would make an effort to speak to her and be nice.
Big mistake. About a month later she came and stayed for an overnight trip with the band during a taping on one of the bigger TV shows.
He was getting out of the bath, he was the first to use it and in stormed in Shizuka with nothing more than a flismy night gown on. Tsuyoshi wanted to scream or at least jump back in the bathtub. She came close to him and smiled calmly, "You've been so nice to me, you must like me as much as I like you." In a flash she jumped on him and off his towel went from his waist and while he wanted to scream he couldn't because both came crashing down under the water, with her lips on his.
"This is bad, this is bad, this is BAAAAAAAAAAAD" Tsuyoshi scrambled to push Shizuka off him and find something to cover him with, but all he could notice was just how soft her skin was and just how thick her hips really were, it was nice. He didn't know what Takuya really had, but he knew this was bad and if someone were to walk in, everything and everyone would just go to hell.
"Are you alone today? We should spend the day together?" Shizuka purrred while the pair still sat in the water, Tsuyoshi wanted to scream, this woman was MAD. Her madness almost drove him mad.
"Get off of me! GET OUT!" Tsuyoshi screamed and pushed her away from him. "This is INSANE, your dating Takuya, how can you do this?"
Shizuka stood up and showed off her womanly features, "What? You don't liiiiiiiiiiiiike?" She said in that stupid sing-song voice.
Tsuyoshi winced, this is all too bad, he didn't like bold women and he didn't like any woman that was Takuya's. He knew better.
"GODS! Cover yourself!" Tsuyoshi tried to cover his eyes.
"Oh don't lie, I know you like this." Shizuka stared down at Tsuyoshi's manhood, the pair were standing up in the bath. He clearly had an erection.
"JESUS, this is all just a bad dream!" And Tsuyoshi ran out of the bathroom, almost falling on his face, he ran down the hall with nothing on and into his hotel room. That night he couldn't sleep. He couldn't get over just how bizarre Shizuka really was.
After that incident he almost never spoke to her and made sure he was never left alone with her. He thought Shizuka would just fade away and Takuya would find someone new. It didn't happen, before he knew it, he got the 2AM call he hated all his life. The phone call where Takuya was crying and saying he has to be man and do the right thing.
Back the venue, Tsuyoshi saw Shizuka occasionally look over Takuya's shoulder and stare right at him. Tsuyoshi stormed off the stage.
Nakai rushed back stage, "Man, don't held your jealously well, do you?" Nakai laughed.
Tsuyoshi glared at Nakai, "You don't even know.. Besides I don't know why you like her, she's just so ... INSANE."
Nakai smiled, "She's so helpful, these pass few days she gets my clothing ready and sets up my bath and she FEEDS me. Pure heaven if you ask me!"
You would be jealous if you only knew, Tsuyoshi thought to himself.
END
Note: I had no idea what I was really doing with this story but I really wanted to write something where Shizuka and Tsuyoshi had some interaction. But I didn't want it to be the same ploy that I have with Nakai and Shizuka where he secretly has a crush on her, like he's had in all my stories. None of this is true, it's all made up, so please don't sue, complain and all that stuff. But thanks for making it THIS far. - Vanessa
